Our Isle of Wight salt-aged roasting joints, dry-cured gammons, trimmings and meaty gifts are now available for pre-order. Choose from spectacular 4-bone ribs, melt-in-the-mouth chateaubriand, classic topside or whole saddles, racks and legs of lamb.

This year we are dry-curing our own gammons as well as a new range of dry-cured bacon for those all important pigs in blankets. Finally we have put together some cracking gifts for the ultimate carnivore – including our Signature Steak Box featuring Côte de Boeuf, Sirloin, Rump, Fillet & Flat Iron cuts.
