The T-Bone combines two of our outstanding signature steaks – sirloin and fillet.

Tricky to cook as both need slightly different treatment, keep it rare, medium-rare at a push, with plenty of resting time.

We recommend a double-cut sharing option as this will cook much more evenly, either finished or reverse-seared in the oven.
