One of our best-selling signature 40+ day salt-aged steaks.

Leaner than Rib Eye but more fat marbling than Fillet, our Sirloin is best served rare to medium rare. If you prefer your steaks a little more well done we recommend going for a Rib Eye, as they contain more fat, which will ensure the steak remains juicy and tender.

If you are serving for more than one person we recommend a thicker sharing steak (500g+), these cook much more evenly and bring our the wonderful salt-aged buttery sweetness in the beef.
