Our 40+ day salt-aged wing rib tomahawks are cut from the top of sirloin where it meets the rib eye. In some ways it is the best of both worlds – tenderness of the sirloin with the flavour of the rib eye.
French-trimmed with a great handle, these are fantastic steaks for the BBQ.
If you are serving for more than one person we recommend a thicker sharing steak (900g), these cook much more evenly and bring our the wonderful salt-aged buttery sweetness in the beef.
